Kinetic lacrosse training for Inspired Athletes

Feet Hips Hands

Skill Instruction, Mentorship, and Inspiration

FH2 is a club, town, and school agnostic program focused on the individual person and athlete, designed to provide the repeatable skill instruction and mentorship. All are welcome. We “train” in a controlled environment, weekly, for 10 weeks following a curriculum developed to address fundamental through advanced lacrosse skill development.

FH2 is a “SEASON” based, gender and age specific, positionless lacrosse player development program designed to provide measurable skill improvement for girls and boys from 4rd grade through High School.

Core Philosophies

01.

Inspired Play

FH2 was created to inspire a love for the game. We believe if more players get small group and individual mentorship, their confidence and passion for the 'Medicine Game' will blossom.

02.

All Players Welcome

Feet Hips Hands is a school and club agnostic training platform. We don't support programs, we support individual athletes who want repeatable skill instruction and mentorship.

03.

Enthusiasm

Our goal is to infuse positive energy and excitement into our learning experience. We make it fun, which makes players eager to participate and grow.

04.

Process

Like Operation 36, green to tee development in golf, FH2 focuses entirely on the foundational principles of lacrosse skills so that players are best prepared to excel during tournament and game play.
